Vote for Policies is an online survey based on policies alone. It's a really sweet idea to help you find out who you should be voting for at the next election, personalities aside. By comparing the policies from six UK political parties on a range of key issues, you simply chose the policies you agree with and at the end of the survey see which parties they belong to. If only polling stations were like this.
The Vatican and Villanova University have created a spectacular virtual tour of the Sistine Chapel. The detail is stunning. The producers claim that that the digital view is clearer and steadier than the one a tourist on the spot would get using high-powered binoculars.
To protest against the censorship of certain sites in Turkey, a virtual walk is being arranged on Istanbul's Taksim square. The site uses an embedded Google My Map, which anyone can add themselves to. When the protesters achieve 1 trillion, the plan is to walk to Parliament House in Ankara, pixel by pixel.

The Pin-barrel Harp is a sound-sculpture designed as a public-access acoustic composing machine in honour of Cecil Sharp.
